HR Administration

  • Provide HR support with the creation of Client’s Employee Handbook
  • Evaluate exposure and provide HR compliance consultation to include, but not limited to, FLSA, FMLA,
    ADA, and the EEOC
  • Provide HR support for UI claims management
  • Provide HR support for employee performance management, to include, but not limited to documentation
    of employee performance and disciplinary actions
  • Provide HR support for employee file maintenance
  • Provide HR support for processing employee requests
  • Provide HR support for reviewing current process of performance evaluations and introducing new
    format, if necessary
  • Provide HR support for one-on-one employee assistance

Recruiting

  • Provide HR support to create job descriptions for current employees and open positions (excluding
    providers)
  • Provide HR support with posting open positions, and sourcing and screening candidates
  • Provide HR support to create and send offer letters

Onboarding/Training

  • Provide HR support with E-Verify processing and monitoring I9 compliance
  • Provide HR support for New Hire Orientation
  • Provide HR support for hand off to Operations

Payroll Coordination

  • Provide HR support for coordination with a payroll management and administration, including but not
    limited to cash requirements, deductions, taxes, garnishments, court responses, timekeeping, PTO
    requests and approvals
